Virtual Choir is published by Mercurios Comércio e Análise de Dados ("Mercurios", "we"). This policy explains what the app processes and why.

Data we collect

Audio you record. Virtual Choir records your voice so your take can be assembled with other singers'. Recording only starts when you begin a take, and the microphone is not used at any other time.

Account data. If you sign in, we store your email address and an authentication credential.

Usage and diagnostic data. Aggregate usage events and crash reports, tied to a pseudonymous installation identifier.

Why we process it

To produce and assemble your recordings, to keep your material available across sessions, to fix defects, and to answer support requests.

We do not sell personal data and do not use your recordings for anything other than the performance you are contributing to.

Sharing

Recordings are shared with the choir or organiser you submitted them to. Beyond that, data is processed only by the service providers that host the app's storage, authentication, analytics, and crash reporting.

Retention and deletion

Recordings are kept while your account is active. Write to [email protected] to delete your account and your material; we complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the LGPD and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected].
