Virtual Choir

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Mercurios when you use Virtual Choir.

Effective from August 30, 2026

<!-- Confirm before publishing: pricing model, who owns and may publish the assembled performance, and whether recordings can be redistributed by the organiser. -->

These terms govern your use of Virtual Choir, published by Mercurios Comércio e Análise de Dados.

Your account and your recordings

You are responsible for your account credentials. The recordings you make are yours; you grant us the permission needed to store and process them so the app can assemble a performance.

Rights in the music

You are responsible for holding the rights to any music you rehearse or record with Virtual Choir. Mercurios does not grant performance or arrangement licences.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to attack our systems, or to upload material you have no right to.

Availability

The app is provided as it is. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice before ending the service entirely.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mercurios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that Brazilian consumer law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
